ブルーベリーストア（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリ Snug : Study Room（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。
本サービスは、世界共通の時計にあわせて他の利用者と同時に勉強するためのアプリです。毎時00分と30分に25分の集中が始まり、続けて5分の休憩になります。この区切りは全利用者に共通で、個別に開始・停止することはできません。
ひとつの部屋には最大4名が入ります。誰と同じ部屋になるかは選べません。
各利用者の頭上にはその日の集中時間が表示されます。また、アプリ下部のランキングから、その日いちばん長く座っていた方の順に上位20名を見ることができます。並べ替えに使う値は座っていた時間だけで、連続日数や達成率のような他の指標は用いません。ランキングは毎日リセットされ、前日までの累計は反映されません。
本サービスにログインは必要ありません。初回起動時に匿名のアカウントが自動的に作られ、端末に保存されたトークンがそのままご本人の識別に用いられます。
記録を新しい端末へ引き継ぎたい場合に限り、任意で Google または Apple アカウントを連携できます。連携しなくても本サービスの機能はすべて同じように使えます。
本サービスには、意図的に次のものを設けていません。

部屋に送れるのは、当社があらかじめ用意した定型文とスタンプ、および「いつ」「なにを」「どうしている」の3つの枠から選んで組み立てた文だけです。選べる語句は当社が管理する一覧にあるものに限られ、文字を打ち込む欄はアプリのどこにもありません（ニックネーム・状態表示を含みます）。送信は集中中・休憩中のいずれでも行えますが、1サイクルあたりの回数と連続送信の間隔に上限があります。
ニックネームは同じ一覧から選んで組み合わせるか、「引き直す」で別の組み合わせに変えられます。こちらも文字の入力はできません。
同じ部屋の方およびランキングには、次のものが表示されます。

累計の集中時間、日ごとの記録、アカウント連携の有無は、他の利用者には表示されません。その日の集中時間とランキングへの表示は本サービスの基本機能であり、個別に非表示にすることはできません。表示させたくない場合は、集中時間の記録が行われないため、休憩中のみのご利用またはご利用の停止をご検討ください。
利用者は、アプリ内の通報から同じ部屋にいる方を通報できます。通報すると同時に、その方が送った内容はご自身の画面に表示されなくなります。

当社は通報を受け付けてから24時間以内に確認します。明白な違法行為については段階にかかわらず直ちに利用を停止します。
本サービスは無料です。有料機能を導入する場合は、事前にアプリ内で告知します。
当社は本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断することがあります。本サービス全体を終了する場合は30日前までにアプリ内で告知します。
本サービスは学習の習慣づけを助けるためのものであり、特定の学習成果を保証するものではありません。利用者間に生じた紛争について、当社は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。ただし当社は、上記の通報・措置の手続を誠実に運用します。
アプリ内の設定 > アカウント削除からいつでも削除できます。詳細はアカウント削除のご案内をご覧ください。
本規約を変更する場合は、施行日の7日前（利用者に不利な変更は30日前）までにアプリ内で告知します。
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。紛争については当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

블루베리스토어(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Snug : Study Room(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
서비스는 전 세계 공통 시계에 맞춰 다른 이용자와 동시에 공부하는 앱입니다. 매시 00분과 30분에 25분 집중이 시작되고, 이어서 5분 휴식이 옵니다. 이 구간은 모든 이용자에게 공통이며 개별적으로 시작하거나 멈출 수 없습니다.
한 방에는 최대 4명이 들어갑니다. 누구와 같은 방이 될지는 고를 수 없습니다.
각 이용자의 머리 위에는 오늘 집중 시간이 표시됩니다. 또 앱 아래쪽 순위에서 오늘 가장 오래 앉아 있던 순서로 상위 20명을 볼 수 있습니다. 줄 세우는 값은 앉아 있던 시간뿐이며 연속 일수나 완주율 같은 다른 지표는 쓰지 않습니다. 순위는 매일 0에서 다시 시작하고 전날까지의 누적은 반영되지 않습니다.
서비스는 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 첫 실행 때 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어지며, 기기에 저장된 토큰이 곧 본인 식별 수단입니다.
기록을 새 기기로 이어가고 싶을 때만 선택적으로 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연결할 수 있습니다. 연결하지 않아도 서비스의 모든 기능을 똑같이 씁니다.
서비스에는 다음을 의도적으로 두지 않았습니다.

방에 보낼 수 있는 것은 회사가 미리 준비한 정해진 문구와 스탬프, 그리고 「언제」「무엇을」「어떻게 하고 있다」 세 칸에서 골라 조합한 문장뿐입니다. 고를 수 있는 낱말은 회사가 관리하는 목록 안에 있는 것으로 한정되며, 글자를 직접 입력하는 칸은 앱 어디에도 없습니다(닉네임·상태 표시 포함). 보내기는 집중 시간과 휴식 시간 모두 가능하지만, 한 사이클당 횟수와 연속으로 보내는 간격에 상한이 있습니다.
닉네임도 같은 목록에서 골라 조합하거나 「다시 뽑기」로 다른 조합으로 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이 역시 글자를 직접 입력할 수는 없습니다.
같은 방에 있는 사람과 순위표에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

누적 집중 시간, 날짜별 기록, 계정 연결 여부는 다른 이용자에게 보이지 않습니다. 오늘 집중 시간과 순위 표시는 서비스의 기본 기능이라 개별적으로 숨길 수 없습니다. 보이는 것을 원하지 않으시면, 집중 시간이 기록되지 않는 휴식 시간에만 이용하시거나 이용을 중단하시는 방법이 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 안의 신고로 같은 방에 있는 사람을 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고하는 즉시 그 사람이 보낸 내용은 내 화면에 보이지 않습니다.

회사는 신고를 접수한 뒤 24시간 이내에 확인합니다. 명백한 위법 행위는 단계와 관계없이 즉시 이용을 정지합니다.
서비스는 무료입니다. 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우 사전에 앱 안에서 고지합니다.
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 전부를 종료하는 경우 30일 전에 앱 안에서 고지합니다.
서비스는 공부 습관을 돕기 위한 것이며 특정 학습 성과를 보장하지 않습니다. 이용자 사이에 생긴 분쟁에 대해 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사는 위 신고·제재 절차를 성실히 운영합니다.
앱 안의 설정 > 계정 삭제에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하십시오.
약관을 변경하는 경우 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)까지 앱 안에서 고지합니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 회사의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

These terms govern your use of the mobile app Snug : Study Room ("the Service"), provided by BLUEBERRY STORE ("we").
The Service lets you study at the same time as other people, on one shared clock. A 25-minute focus block begins at :00 and :30 of every hour, followed by a 5-minute break. These blocks are the same for everyone; you cannot start or stop them individually.
A room holds up to four people. You cannot choose who you are placed with.
Each person's focus time for the day is shown above their character, and the Ranking tab lists the twenty people who have sat the longest today. The only value used for ordering is time spent seated — never streaks, completion rates or any other measure. The ranking resets every day and carries nothing over from previous days.
Signing in is not required. An anonymous account is created automatically on first launch, and the token stored on your device is what identifies you.
Only if you want to carry your record to a new device, you may optionally link a Google or Apple account. Everything in the Service works the same without it.

What you can send to the room is limited to our preset phrases and stamps and to a sentence built from three slots — when, what, and how it is going. Every word you can pick comes from a list we control, and there is no field anywhere in the app to type into, nicknames and status included. You may send during focus as well as during breaks, subject to a per-cycle limit and a minimum interval between sends.
Nicknames come from the same lists: you can pick the parts yourself or press "Reroll" for a different combination. Here too, nothing is typed.
People in your room, and the ranking, show the following.

Your all-time focus total, your day-by-day records and whether you have linked an account are not shown to anyone else. Showing your focus time for the day and your place is core to how the Service works and cannot be turned off individually. If you would rather not appear, note that nothing is recorded outside focus time — you may use only the breaks, or stop using the Service.
You can report anyone in your room from the Report button in the app. Reporting also immediately hides what that person sends from your screen.

We review reports within 24 hours. Clearly unlawful conduct is suspended immediately, regardless of stage.
The Service is free. If we introduce paid features we will announce them in the app beforehand.
We may change or interrupt the Service. If we shut it down entirely we will announce it in the app at least 30 days in advance.
The Service is intended to help you build a study habit and does not guarantee any particular result. We are not liable for disputes between users except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. We will, however, operate the reporting and enforcement process above in good faith.
You can delete it at any time from Settings > Delete account in the app. See Deleting your account for details.
We will announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to users).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over our registered address as the court of first instance.
