本サービスは匿名で、メールアドレスとアカウントが結びついていません。そのためお問い合わせだけで特定するのは難しいのが実情です。ご連絡の際は、次の情報をできるだけ添えてください。
なお、アプリを削除しただけではサーバー上の記録は残ります。確実に消すには、削除前にアプリ内から手続きしていただくのが最も確実です。
部屋の下部にある 通報 から、同じ部屋にいる方を通報できます。通報すると同時にその方の内容は表示されなくなり、24時間以内に運営が確認します。

서비스는 익명이라 이메일 주소와 계정이 연결돼 있지 않습니다. 그래서 문의만으로 특정하기가 어렵습니다. 연락하실 때 아래 정보를 되도록 함께 적어 주십시오.
앱을 지우기만 해서는 서버의 기록이 남습니다. 확실히 지우려면 삭제 전에 앱 안에서 처리하시는 것이 가장 확실합니다.
방 아래쪽의 신고에서 같은 방에 있는 사람을 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고하는 즉시 그 사람의 내용이 보이지 않게 되며, 24시간 이내에 운영자가 확인합니다.

Because the Service is anonymous, your email address is not linked to your account, so identifying it from an enquiry alone is difficult. Please include as much of the following as you can:

Uninstalling the app alone leaves the record on the server. Deleting from inside the app before you uninstall is the reliable route.
Use Report at the bottom of the room screen. Reporting immediately hides that person's content from you, and we review it within 24 hours.
