3. Response time and outcome
We reply within 3 business days and file the request with the store. Whether the refund is granted, and when the money arrives, is decided by the store's policy and your payment method. We do not return the money ourselves.

Triple speed is removed and mining returns to its normal speed. What you have already mined and your village stay as they are.
5. When a refund may not be possible
You have already mined at triple speed after buying. The item counts as used, so a refund may not be possible.
